Seriously. open your task manager and see how much ram you are using. Open a bunch of crap and see what it jumps up to. 8 gigs is PLENTY. If you want to make sure you have enough ram. Buy 2 sticks that are 8gb each and you'll have 16 gigs total which is MORE than double that is needed for GAMING on max settings.
