Our guild does a lottery every single week. A portion goes into the guild bank, a portion goes to guild repairs. If officers want repairs, they have to buy guild tickets. It works out nice and people seem to want to join in on the lottery because the pot is pretty sweet. We are a huge guild though so that definitely helps.
